The Brennan Collective is a workspace development firm that oversees every element of your project. We handle all of the details related to the furnishing process from specification and order entry, to project delivery and preparation for your future growth plans.
When It’s game time, our project managers and certified installers will provide coordination, delivery, and installation throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. “We have a strategic plan, it’s called doing things right”
ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
We understand the pace and unpredictable needs of our colleagues in the Architectural & Design community, no project is the same for them, just as no project is the same for us. Not only are we able to fill in the blanks when we are called on but we are able to work hand and hand on projects of all types. If the challenge is in the shell of a building we will work to provide the solution that you are recommending, or we can help to create the proper solution with function, aesthetic and budget in mind.
“Creativity + Logic = Magic” – Marty Neumeier
HEALTHCARE
Healing is the objective of healthcare organizations in one form or another. Whether it is the patient, friends and family members, or the staff of an organization. Creating the correct healing environment is critical for a host of reasons.
What’s most important to us is most important to you, the comfort, function, flexibility and aesthetic of your space is critical in the concept of healing from the inside out. We take that into consideration at the start of any project no matter the size.
“You cannot heal the world until you heal yourself” – Katrina Mayer
HIGHER EDUCATION
The Brennan Collective has played a major role in the creation of functional spaces for students, faculty and administration. We are here to help keep students and faculty engaged in the ever changing facility needs of higher education.
Our objective is to help transform areas of learning into areas of collaboration, stimulation and focus. We understand that behind it all, the right environment plays a big part in a students will to learn.
Our collective mission is to work with a client’s interior planning representative to help breathe new life into private, public, science and research facilities, business and medical schools or any other challenges to create relevant interior surroundings on campus.
“Being ignorant is not so much a shame, as being unwilling to learn”. - Benjamin Franklin
University of Pennsylvania, Houston Hall
THE PUZZLE OF CONTRACT FURNITURE
When we buy a puzzle we get to select what degree of difficulty will fit our skill level. Number of pieces, variance in color, size of pieces are just some of the elements that will allow us to decide what we buy.
At The Brennan Collective it is our job to make sense of your project, to mold it into an experience without headache and frustration. We are hired by organizations to make sense of their puzzle with varying degrees of difficulty. Our objective is to give the client all of the right reasons to love their workspace.
The operating groups at the Brennan Collective will grasp the vision and intent of the project and turn it into a functioning workspace without visible seams. A work of art? In most cases yes, in others we will repair or update your work of art. Starting new or renovating, The Brennan Collective has had over 25 years of success in putting puzzles together.
THE BRANDED ENVIRONMENT
In recent years we have all come to understand the value of DNA. DNA reaches far and wide in our world. Every company has a DNA which in the business world, is known as your brand. Over time your brand defines your organization. How an organization breathes from the inside out is critical in establishing that brand. Your environment can help shape how your employees project who you are to the outside world.
The Brennan Collective understands the importance of the brand process and the view of your company from the outside world. We will work with you to connect your brand to your work environment. The benefits of the branded environment are many. The branded environment can add valuable legs to the communication of any organization. We are here to have the conversation. You talk, we listen, we share, we collaborate, we execute, you benefit.
“Your entire company should be considered your branding department”
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
From the beginning stages of a real estate transaction thru all phases of providing the client with an efficient, clear, and cost efficient work environment. Our relationship will be focused on helping you create and maintain tenant retention.

The Brennan Collective will work to create the work environment that will best suit your clients need and vision. We are professionals providing a well thought out, logical and creative interior solution from start to finish.
